Whats Hot Now On PS3
Two of the hottest PS3 games at the moment are Army of Two: The 40th Day, and Bayonetta.
Army of Two: The 40th Day, is a follow up game that takes players to Shanghai. Characters Rios and Salem are still afoot, intent on accomplishing their own personal missions for Transworld Operations. On a seemingly simple mission, someone throws a wrench in their plans. There is a massive attack on Shanghai, and they must survive to find out who is in control of it.
For the player who enjoys the adrenaline rush of explosions and all around destruction, this game will surely satisfy that craving.
The impressively fun release, Bayonetta, is also a big hit. The plot takes on an old storyline in an intriguing way. In a far off place and time, the universe was balanced by two separate groups — the Umbran Witches and the Luman Sages. An unfortunate occurrence caused the two to go to war against each other. The sole survivor of the Umbran Witches was Bayonetta. Bayonetta is a sexy lead character, whose sole purpose is to avenge her fallen species and restore truth to the universe.
Staying strong in sales, currently, is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This heavily anticipated game was released in 2009, but is still taking the video game world by storm. It strays away from the historical tradition of the series, which is most likely why it is so wildly popular. Players are loving the massively entertaining multi-player aspect of the game.
There are many big releases on the way in 2010, so there is no doubt it is going to be a big year!
